my roommate and i are now proud owners of in-home washer and dryer units, thanks to the heroic efforts of j-ro. 

this is, by far, the most exciting thing that’s happened to our albion digs in years!

it’s a giant step to living deluxe.  articles like this one actually apply to us now.

next addition: a butler that will do our laundry for us.
